Our 40 stall barn with its 3 tack rooms, and a hot/cold wash stall, is surrounded by paddocks and newly added lush green pastures. We have an attached 70' x 120' indoor arena with Permaflex rubber footing and a viewing lounge. The fenced in outdoor is approx 90' x 200' with sand footing. The Hunt Course located in front of the barn has stadium jumps as well as stone wall, bank jump, brush boxes and a gentle slope.The Barn itself is undergoing renovations to include a newly coated/insulated roof, and new paint. The drainage system has already been completed, and a new parking area for trailers is in the works. The Event Course that encircles the entire property contains jumps that range in size from 18" to 2' 11" and includes table jump, stockade, tire jumps, ditches, coops, brush boxes, railroad tie jump, sheeps pen, and the terrain ranges from flat to hilly, to wooded, perfect for a quiet hack or some serious hill work!!! Also adding interest to the course and the property is a dry canal bed (Morris Canal) that also contains some jumps. Directions:
